The Scape Artist team are qualified landscape gardeners, horticulturalists and designers who listen to your needs and dreams for the surrounds of your home. More than just a landscaping company, we offer services to work with you to design, create and grow your garden.

All our services begin with a consultation to define your needs. We only offer the Integrated Design & Construction Service to clients within the Ballarat region with projects that are the right match for our team. The Integrated Design & Construction process follows all the steps outlined below.

Clients engaging in our Stand-Alone Design Services begin the same process, and at step four we can provide advice on your next steps and consult with you to determine whether you require any additional drawings.

Maintenance clients who have not previously engaged our services should contact us to arrange a consultation to discuss their needs.

Step 1: Consultation

We will arrange a visit to your site to assess the landscape and discuss your ideas and desires. If we are the right fit for your project, we will discuss your design and construction options. The first consultation is free of charge.

Step 2: Design Quote

After the initial consultation visit, we will email you a quote for the design of your new garden. The design fee includes the provision of a full-colour landscape masterplan. We allow up to two revisions with alterations.

Step 3: The Design Project

During the design phase we will gather information on your site; meet to develop your ideas and, on completion, present to you a final copy of your landscape masterplan. Additional drawings or further design work can be discussed and provided if needed.

STEP 4: Construction Quote

Integrated Design & Construction clients only - On completion of the Design Project you will receive a Construction Quote.

Step 5: Schedule of Works

If you accept the Construction Quote a 5% deposit will secure your place in our Schedule of Works.

We cannot schedule the construction project prior to completing Steps 1-4.

Step 6: The construction project

A dedicated team of qualified landscapers work on your project from start to finish. We will manage and coordinate all aspects of your construction project, providing direct communication to you throughout the process.

Step 7: Handover & maintenance

On completion of your project we ensure that we have met all your expectations and provide an opportunity for you to review any maintenance requirements. We also offer a comprehensive maintenance service that is flexible to your needs.
